After 6 months from the date of closing the rate will automatically adjust to as low as the then current prime rate minus .5%. Members with existing Home Equity Lines of Credit with Vermont Federal must increase their current line $10,000 and take minimum draw of $5,000 to refinance to the eligible rate.
