e-Branch24
Don't have time to stop and see us? Think of e-Branch24 as a branch! You can do your banking from your home or office using our convenient e-Branch24 service. e-Branch24 puts VTFCU financial services at your fingertips. e-Branch24 allows you to view your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, view your account history, download transaction information to popular personal finance software and more. There is no fee charged to a member once registered for e-Branch24 provided you log onto the service at least once a month, or are registered for Bill Pay or e-Statements. Otherwise a $1.00 fee will be assessed for each month without a log-in.
e-Statements
e-Statements are a convenient way to review your monthly statement. e-Statements are available on-line through our website earlier than your paper statement is delivered. When you sign up for e-Statements, you will receive a notification via e-mail that your statement is ready to be viewed. There is also a link to review VTFCU's newsletter, so you can keep up to date on VTFCU's activities and up to date on your account activity simultaneously. e-Statements are great because they eliminate paper statements and they can be printed or saved according to your preference. Get access to your VTFCU credit card account(s) anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with eCardInfo24, through our e-Branch24 on-line banking service. With e-CardInfo24 you can: view your account balance, view your available credit, view recent transactions, pay your credit card bill, set e-mail alerts on your credit card account, and more!
CALL-24
CALL-24 is an automated phone service that allows members access to account information from any touch-tone phone. By using CALL-24 the member may check account balances, find out when specific share drafts have cleared, transfer money between accounts, make loan payments, obtain current rate information and more. This service is free and allows access to account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There's even a nationwide toll-free number for members outside of the Burlington area. Direct Deposit & Payroll Allocation
Most employers offer direct deposit of payroll. The credit union encourages members to take advantage of this service. Members may deposit paychecks, Social Security, pension, tax refunds or other regular checks safely and automatically into their credit union account. Members may use our payroll allocation service to direct their funds to other savings accounts or loan payments.
